We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a competent vendor for all your machining needs. We are a well equipped machine shop with lathes, milling machine, power saw, radial drilling machine, welding set etc. We have a team of skilled machinists to take care of close tolerances in the jobs which includes 8 skilled & 8 semi skilled workmen and one person to take care of quality inspection and job planning. We have more than fifteen years of experience in the field & have served customers like Hindalco Industries Ltd., Owens Corning India Ltd, JSW Steel Ltd. Posco Maharashtra Steel Pvt. Ltd. Gujarat Nippon International Pvt.Ltd. Kamcom India Pvt.Ltd. and Tata Steel Ranjangaon and Jamshedpur.

We have manufactured Mandrel shafts and quills for coiler and uncoiler, Sleeves for Entry Tension Reels, Fabricated Sink Rolls for flux lines, Zinc Boxes and Flux Boxes. Snout Casing, Snout Pump suction and discharge pipes, Deflector Wiper Rolls and its bushes and arms, Sink roll sleeves and bushes in CAN alloy and Stellite. We have also manufactured Brush Roll Shafts and complete Brush Roll Assemblies along with stand motor and cardan shafts. We have tied up with Ashbel Polymers and S K Elastomers for Rubberized Rollers and PU Coated Rollers respectively.

We had developed packaging machines for Owens Corning India Pvt. Ltd. for packing their fibre glass products locally and also supplied similar machines to their plants in Mexico, Russia and USA.
